I can’t wait to share this Glenwood Gardens family session with you! Victor reached out from an email I sent him wanting to book a family session. I was so excited to see this in my inbox because I have worked with Victor and his family before. Seeing families again and again is awesome because I love seeing how much they’ve grown! In the LaFay family’s case, Gavin was just a baby when I first met them and now he’s 4!

Glenwood Gardens Family Session

We met at beautiful Glenwood Gardens in the morning. (Pro Tip: If you schedule your session in the morning at a public park, it will be less crowded!) The weather was amazing with a light overcast sky and the LaFay family looked great in their coordinating outfits. Gavin was a little shy at the beginning. He brought one of his favorite toys with him, an alligator named “Alligator.” Gavin was so excited to tell me all about him, he carried him from spot to spot. Alligator even helped Gavin smile! 

We began their Glenwood Gardens family session at the overlook. Below you can see the paved walking path and a field with tall grass. This made the perfect backdrop for their family portraits. Next, we moved to the gazebo and had fun with Gavin running to give his mom and dad hugs and kisses! Lastly, we went to the field of tall grass below the overlook and played peek-a-boo from behind the trees and ended the session with blowing bubbles!
